Initial acceptance training in Scuti - Laravel / PHPUnit / AngularJS

In our company, main programming language is PHP and main framework is Laravel. We usually use AngularJS as JavaScript framework and MUST write test code on server side with using PHPUnit.

Initial acceptance training of Scuti

Initial acceptance training of our company for programmers is like this.

1. Take online tutorials of required basic technology
2. Develop simple test app

If new programmers join us, all members must take them.

When they can pass No.1, they can advance to No.2.

When they can pass No.2, they can join actual projects.

Unless they pass No.2, they can't join actual projects and it doesn't have deadline.

Of course, if they have enough experience of these technologies, they can skip some or all of No.1.
