Job Description:
- Work directly with Japanese customers to clarify requirements, make project plan and manage project progress- Transfer the business and quality requirements, detailed functions from the customer to the offshore project team
- Assist client in defining requirements and suggest ideas
- Create design document (Basic design, detail design,...)
- Learn the idea of system design, the way of working process from Japanese customers
- Product development of customer management system
- Could implement coding, testing if needed
Requirements:
- Japanese language: N2 level and above- At least 3 year experience of BSE/PL/PM
- Experience with web application development;
- Experience with Java/PHP programming language
- Experience with web application development
- Experience with Scrum/Agile process
- Strong requirement analytical skill
- Experience of working/studying in Japan is a plus
Other requirements:
- Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure- Experience of team management is a plus
- Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language)
- Good at communication, presentation
- High responsibility and teamwork spirit
