Hi, I'm Kakeya, CEO and founder of Scuti.
In order to clarify by text what mindset and behavior are the most important when we work for this company, we defined "Core value". I'd like to introduce it in this blog. If you can sympathize with this way of thinking, let's work together!
BE SINCERE AND HUMBLE
Nobody is perfect. Nobody knows everything. We always have room for growth. So we should not be too proud. We'd like to work with the people who can respect all stakeholders.
COMPLETE, NEVER GIVE UP.
It's easy only to say something. Important point is to execute actually. Then complete until the end with patience. If we don't give up, we never fail! We'd like to work with the people who can complete even it's tough.
COOPERATE WITH THE OTHER MEMBERS VOLUNTARILY.
Why did the Neanderthal people perish, Homo sapiens could prosper? One of the reason was that Homo sapiens could cooperate each other. Teamwork is multiplication rather than addition! We'd like to work with the people who can care about the other members.
ALWAYS CHALLENGE WITH A STRONG ENTREPRENEURSHIP
We're the startup so we need to perform the big result with taking the risk. Even if you fail as a result o the challenge, we honor that person's challenge spirit. We'd like to work with the people who can try to exceed even big challenges that you think it's tough.
LEARN BY YOURSELF, MAKE OPPORTUNITIES BY YOURSELF.
We'd like to work with the people who can get the chance by yourself without only waiting for the order from the boss. A new opportunity can change the environment. In order to get accustomed to the new environment, we need to learn lots of new things. Then this action grows you up drastically.
OPEN, DON'T HIDE.
Strong teamwork is caused by the acknowledge among the team members. So in our company, anything should be shared with all including even fails and mistakes. Then the other members can help you resolve it. We'd like to work with the people who can work with the open mind and can focus on problem-solving without hiding anything.
