Significance of each business in Scuti

Have you ever thought of the reason why we need to "work"?
I'd like to show the significance to work in Scuti in this blog

In our company, we have mainly 2  types of business.

1. Our product
2. Outsourcing

Business is just the difference of the way to get income. Our company's mission is "we provide web services which can change lives of SEA" so we should do anything so to achieve it.

As long as we provide 2 types of services, we should do our best and provide the best values as professional software developer.

But I think these businesses have different significance for customers, the company and Scuti members (Wow can we call it? Scutier? Scutist? Please give me your suggestions!).

Our product

For customers (users)

Now we provide Cookstar and I described the reason why we need to provide this service. But as I described above, our company's mission is "we provide web services which can change lives of SEA" so we must aim the big impact to SEA society through Cookstar business too.
Of course, not only Cookstar but we will develop the other products from now on. Through these product, we'd like to aim the big impact too.

For the company

As I describe the reason why I established Scuti, as long as not only our company but Vietnamese software company keep providing outsourcing as offshore development, we can't increase volume of sales unless we recruit more developers because the unit price of sales is defined by unit price of man-month. I wanted to change this situation through the business of our products.

For members

As I describe the reason why I established Scuti on this blog too, I really think Vietnamese engineers should have opportunities to develop web services of our own, now outsourcing. Then they can get very deep technical skills and experiences.

Outsourcing

For customers

The customers of outsourcing business are our business partner. Fortunately we have been blessed with great business partners. They are basically startups to have strong mind to grow up quickly and to contribute to the society.
We can support them through outsourcing business.

For the company

We can get stable income (cash) as long as we provide good value to the customer. This is very important for the company because we need money in order to keep and grow up the company. This is the fact.

For members

Members can get wider technical skills and experiences because required skill set depends on projects of business partners.
If we have only products of ourselves, we can choose any technology by ourselves and deepen them. But the technical region may become narrow. Through outsourcing business, we can get wider region of experiences.
